HRA Patrol
Delete from within the app
Open the HRA Patrol guard app, sign in, and tap Account (top of the route screen) → Request account deletion. Your access is removed immediately and Human Risk Advisory is notified to erase your personal data.
If you no longer have the app
Email privacy@humanriskadvisory.ie from the address associated with your account, or contact your supervisor, and we will action the request.
What is deleted
Deleted: your name, username, PIN and device identifier — the personal data that identifies you.
Retained where required:patrol records (checkpoint scans, incidents, SOS and shift history) are kept by your employer as a security and legal audit record for as long as their service agreement and retention policy require them as evidence — they are proof of service, not deleted on a fixed schedule. Once your personal details are removed, these records no longer identify you. They are held by the security company that employs you, who is the controller of your data. (Visitor sign-in logs are deleted automatically after the employer’s retention period, 90 days by default.)
How long it takes
App access ends immediately. Personal data is removed within 30 days of the request, subject to the legal retention obligations described above.
